We then had maths - we were working on different maths activities :)
We started a new shared reading book 'Rubbish!' by Joy Cowley.
We made predictions about the book and wrote them in our books.
Hemi, Jason and Marcus had guided reading with Mrs Farrow. They learnt about keywords and made flip charts to show the keywords from their books.
Finn, Madyson, Kourtneay and Jack had guided reading with Mrs Farrow. They have special comprehension books to work through to make sure they understand the texts they are reading :)
This afternoon we had a powhiri practice.
